This solution is a hardware and software complex - touch screen, graphic station and VR headset HTC Vive, with the help of which sales visitors can fully familiarize themselves with the property, both outside and inside the apartments and commercial premises. Unreal Engine 4 was used as the engine.

Interactive presentation for mobile platforms (android and iOS) with integrated CRM system developed for Trinity residential complex (NKS-Development) has become a valuable sales tool thanks to the efforts of GRAFF interactive developers. This application has been published in App store and Google play and is available to anyone absolutely free of charge! In the application you can see the facade of the residential complex and its immediate surroundings, choose any floor, see apartment layout in 2D and 3D. On the floors the user sees the status of apartments (free, sold and reserved), as well as all the information about the apartment. In the case of interest in a particular apartment - the user has the opportunity directly in the interface to make an application, which will go to the CRM-system sales department of the developer.
